KUALA LUMPUR - Washington is discussing with individual Southeast Asian countries what programs to support as part of the ongoing Maritime Security Initiative and the allocation of $290.5 million in Foreign Military Financing (FMF) assistance to the Indo-Pacific region, announced by the secretary of state.
