Fort Sam Houston Elementary - The New Fort Sam Houston Elementary Gymnasium is a 15,000 SF stand-alone building on an active campus, built approximately 70 feet from the existing building and 25 feet from the playground. It is a pre-designed metal structure and contains a gymnasium, classrooms and a dormitory.

Joe has 27 years of experience and serves as the Director of Operations for our South and Central Texas region; He will oversee the day-to-day field operations and will support the project teams. He will also manage our South Texas office and help us grow that market.
Joe started in the industry in residential construction, where he renovated and built new custom homes around the California area. He has worked in many different industries and locations around the country and brings a wealth of experience in logistics and phase planning to minimize impact on existing construction activities.
He is skilled in pre-planning, project planning and subcontractor relations and ensures a diligent eye check compliance with our quality control standards and site specific safety programs. Joe will create a work environment focused on providing open lines of communication, accountability and flexibility.
Joe holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Kaplan University. He lives in San Antonio with his wife Amber and has three grown sons and two grandchildren. Joe and his wife are excited to move back to the San Antonio area as they will grow up and attend high school in San Antonio.

With 14 years of experience under his belt, Scottie serves as the Operations Manager for our East and North Texas regions. He joined Jackson Construction in 2007 as an Assistant Supervisor/Information Technology Professional in the East Texas region. He has excelled in managing successful projects for our clients with his planning skills and hands-on approach. If a customer has a problem with a building that was built last week or 10 years ago, Scottie is the first person you call to solve the situation.
Scottie provides guidance to all projects on issues related to schedule, cost, subcontractor relations and staff development. It is a valuable resource for our site staff to mitigate problems and provide guidance as needed. He works tirelessly to find solutions to the various problems we encounter on a daily basis in the field. His positive attitude and demeanor are welcome sights when tensions rise in the heat of the summer months when our people work their hardest to achieve perfection.
Scottie has many talents that have helped him land his role with us today. He enjoys camping and riding his side-by-side UTV with his family at Wind Point Park in Lone Oak. Scottie has been married to his wife Amanda since 2006 and they have a son named Tyler.
Bryan serves as Vice President of Pre-construction and Corporate Administration. It oversees the areas of connection planning, pricing, and initiation of construction. It promotes projects with timely and accurate budgets that help owners make real-time decisions and sign and execute contracts with owners, subcontractors and suppliers.

Bryan began his career in Pre-Construction in 2008 working in schools in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and has been with Jackson Construction since January 1, 2017, when he joined our Richardson office. , established TX.
Bryan has been a member of the 4 Learning Environments Association since 2014. He is a graduate of Texas A&M with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. Bryan is married to his wife Kari and has two beautiful daughters.
Matt has been with Jackson Construction for five years and currently serves as the Vice President of Operations where he oversees all company operations, field operations, and supports our two Operations Managers, our Safety Team, Senior Project Manager, and Project Teams. . . Matt makes it a priority to connect with his employees and communicate the company's vision, mission and culture. He was instrumental in building our brand in South Texas, which led to the opening of an office in San Antonio in 2019. The various workplaces help where they can.
Since beginning his career in the construction industry, Matt has excelled in many positions, including, Lead Technician at a Geotechnical Engineering company, Project Engineer, Assistant Superintendent, Supervisor, Project Manager, and Senior Project Manager. Before Matt began his career in construction, he took a job in college and worked as a sales representative for the Texas Rangers Baseball Club. from 2005-2007. Between 2007-2010 he spent his time playing drums as a traveling musician.
